SchoolsWorkKen has been an ICT Technician since 2000. Managing ICT networks in Key Stage 1/2 schools. He is also a qualified in the RM Affiliated Technicians Support Scheme. The work involves installing and configuring software, building software packages, installing and configuring network components, installing and configuring PC's and peripherals, troubleshooting all levels of IT issues, and network troubleshooting. Ken's best asset is to be able to explain ICT at a very basic level and a more in-depth technical level without confusion. |
